This is a sound treatment to align you with the cosmos so you can be more grounded in reality. They say the goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, and by using planetary tuning forks we can tap into these primordial sounds to clear the mind of any busyness, relax and retune to the vibration of the universe.

We will start with a scalp massage to still the mind and take you to a deep state of relaxation. Singing bowls, percussive instruments and planetary tuning forks will be used to align you with the cosmos and tune the body to celestial frequencies. We will apply the tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls to your chakra points in order to feel the vibrations within the body. We will end with a gong bath and a foot massage to bring you back down and ground you into the earth.

You will be served a tea of blue lotus and buterfly pea flower, along with a space truffle (infused with blue lotus, no ‘space’ involved!) prior to your treatment.

You will need to remove your shoes, socks and jewellery to receive this treatment.
