The ancient symbol of the labyrinth presents itself in myriad ancient cultures across the globe and is emblematic of the twists and turns life presents us with. It has been theorised to have been used as a meditation tool and we will be using it here to delve deep into the mind to process and integrate anything that may come up during your journey.

We will work upon the back, back of legs, front of legs, arms and chest to relieve the body of tension stored in the muscles. There will be a focus upon particular areas of tension as discussed in your consultation prior to the treatment. We will also address your desired pressure which can be guaged throughout the massage. A variety of deep tissue massage techniques will be used to relive the muscles of long lasting aches and pains.

You can also opt for a 30 minute deep tissue massage upon the back, neck and shoulders with a focus on your specific area of tension.

Please note that this treatment will require you to undress to your lower underwear to ensure the full length of the spine can be accessed.
