You will be cleansed with sacred smoke before entering a private drum circle and a trance-like state. You will experience a scalp massage to still the mind before commencing your sound bath, placing tuning forks and singing bowls upon the body where you will feel the resonance vibrating through you. We will then draw the energy down to the belly with an abdominal massage to worship and empower the divine feminine within you. How to use: ~
Using a tea strainer, add 1 tsp of your blend add add boiling water. Let steep for 5-20 minutes depending on how strong a flavour you prefer. The longer you steep your tea, the more natural benefit you will receive.
